Dr Ruhl is very personable and works tirelessly to find the right prescription for my tricky eyes I followed Dr Ruhl when he moved his practice from Ancaster to Waterdown.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Dr. Ruhl. They help ease my anxiety when doing eye exams. They take their time with each patient and truly care about your needs! Dr. Patel even took the time to help me pick out frames. I had a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Ruhl is always thorough and kind. On my last appointment he had some concerns and put me through additional testing and was able to direct me to seek out further medical attention. After which, he personally followed up to check up on my well being twice. 100% recommend him.

I’ll tell ya, at the age of 52 and never have done an eye exam before… I can’t be happier to have gone to Dr.Todd. Beautiful office with amazing, welcoming staff and Dr. Todd being so great! He explained everything he was doing with my eyes and why he was doing it. State of the art equipment and complete honesty and ethics! Thanks Dr.Todd for seeing me and making it a fun experience! You have to be the best Optometrist around! 10 stars!!

I would highly recommend Flamborough Family Eye Care! I had an emergency from a scratch on my eye, and Dr. Rohl saw me right away and made me feel so much better. I will 100% be going here from now on for all of my eye care needs!

I highly recommend Dr. Ruhl at Flamborough Family Eyecare! I have had a lot of trouble with eye doctors not listening to my concerns and I voiced that to him, he was very responsive to this. He not only ensured I had a detailed eye exam but he made sure I didn’t leave without having all of my questions answered. He carefully explained everything to me and even made sure I found a new comfortable brand of contact lens. He’s so incredibly well informed and kind. He chatted with me and made the eye exam feel less clinical than it normally would have. I’m happy I listened to the reviews and I have definitely found my new eye doctor.

We brought our three boys aged 2-5 for their first eye exams and had a great experience. They are all somewhat shy and generally are quite anxious around doctors, but the optometrist had a wonderful manner- friendly and enthusiastic without being condescending. They have been asking daily to go back and have their eyes examined again. Highly recommend for kids.

If only google will let me rate this office 10 stars or more i would. Saw Dr. Emery for an eye exam cause i get a lot of pain and headache behind my eyes. Nearing 40 i do have a bit of prescription now. Both distance and near but i didn’t want to wear progressive lenses. So she put me on anti fatigue lenses and oh boy it worked like magic! Less headaches now and i can read up close. I told her that she’s a genius! The staff are also amazing!! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They help me pick out the perfect frame and now i get so many compliments from other people asking me where i got my glasses from. I will always recommend Flamborough Family Eyecare to my family and friends.
